I have instant booking so you do not need to inquire about whether apartment is vacant or not! Regarding parking; 1. There is public paid parking at Rua Jardim do Tobaco which is around 200 metres from flats - but sometimes hard to find vacant spot. Low risk. 2. Surveyed paid parking is a Parque Jardim do Tobaco around 300 metres away. Zero risk.
Great location in alfama and really handy for exploring central Lisbon. Host very good at providing all the right info before the trip. Despite the location being in a maze like area of the city it was very easy to find with the instructions and straightforward to get in and get settled. Due to the very hot weather at the time the air con needed to be on 24/7 as the bed is next to the roof which was heated up all day by the hot sun, something to bear in mind. All the amenities were as described and there was even a view to the sea which meant I could see the cruise ship docking early in the morning! A good bolt hole for a flying trip to Lisbon
Ulrik’s oasis was the perfect spot! Located in the Alfama neighborhood with tons to do, Ulrik’s loft was clean, organized, and well maintained. His proactive approach made our stay that much better. He provided thorough instructions that helped us find it without consulting anything besides his document. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
The flat is located in Alfama, where the city of Lisbon was born and it is possibly the place in Europe where you are closest to experiencing an Arab kasbah (without any hassle whatsoever though!).
The flat is in a perfect location for experiencing Lisbon by foot! Metro is available at 600 metres distance. The famous tram 28 has a stop merely 200 metres away!

Hi, my name is Ulrik and I'm a Dane living in Lisbon. I rent out my twelve beautiful apartments in the historical parts of Lisbon. For the flats in Lisbon I have developed what I call the Lisbon Oasis concept/brand. The Lisbon Oasis brand is; O - Original - Lisbon Oasis were the first and are constantly developing its concept. A - Antigue - all flats are in historical and protected buildings dating back to around year 1700 (all flats have been completely refurbished though!). S - Sustainable - Energy-efficient TVs and appliances, solar-powered spots, LED lighting, Double-glazed windows, solar panels when possible/allowed (in 8 of 12 flats). I - Intelligent - we have smart check-in through the use of access code - no more nerve-breaking phone calls in roaming about key delivery! S - Situation perfect! All flats have been chosen due to their central location in the old part of Lisbon - you can explore the city from the threshold of your doorstep!
