I had a fantastic time. The neighborhood was amazing, so much to do in such a fun lovely area. I would highly recommend. Philip was so helpful with explaining everything. It was truly an experience of a lifetime. Thank you Philip and Fiona!! I will be back

Fantastic host and apartment! We stayed in this unit for a month, and we were sad to leave. The unit was exactly as described, very up to date, and stocked with plenty of amenities. Philip and Fiona were very proactive in arranging a smooth arrival. Philip met us outside the unit upon arrival and gave us a tour of the unit and an explanation of the amenities and surrounding area. They were VERY responsive to any queries we had before, during, and after our stay. The unit was even stocked with a small selection of items to help you get settled in on your first day, which was appreciated after a long flight! Very convenient location for city center, as it’s located right on the Luas red line. Philip and Fiona are stellar hosts, having thought about every detail. We would recommend this unit to anyone, and would definitely consider coming back if we ever find ourselves staying long-term in Dublin again!

I had a wonderful stay at Fiona and Philip's apartment, located virtually on Smithfield Market Square. It's situated a hair's breadth from the large tower in Smithfield. The apartment is well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the en-suite bathroom is particularly convenient when sharing the space with another couple. It came stocked with supplies and was very clean. I decided to stay here because I find staying in a hotel for a week too long; having the added benefit of a fully functional kitchen is wonderful. One of the highlights of the apartment is the very comfortable beds, which offer almost a hotel level of comfort. The apartment was quiet, as is the entire area of Smithfield for the majority of the time. Fiona and Philip are consummate professional hosts and made sure to stay in contact regarding the entire process.

My mother, brother, boyfriend, and myself stayed here and the space was able to accommodate us all exceptionally well. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals at home and save yourself a few quid on a night out, and there is local grocery stores within minutes walking distance of the flat. There are also tons of restaurants and cafes around Smithfield Square, and the Luas (tram) is just steps away from the flat so it’s very easy to move around the city centre from here. The owners provided us with Leap cards to use for transit and tons of recommendations on local attractions, places to eat, and things to see. As someone who had recently lived in Dublin for a couple years (we were visiting this time round for my graduation), this is a great place to stay if you want to be in proximity to city centre but still want a slight reprieve from the hustle and bustle of D1 and D2.

Fiona and Philip are great hosts, they have excellent tips on restaurants and markets around the area which were extremely useful for our stay. The apartment is very well organized with an excellent location and so cozy that it made us feel at home. I highly recommend it ☺️
