Overall there is a significant lack of care and maintenance. The whole house needs to be updated and refurbished. New furniture, kitchenware, appliances and fixtures. New mattresses, bedding and towels are a must. The house is dingy and not well maintained. These small things I listed above make a difference. We were never expecting a luxury villa, but we were expecting basic functionality and facilities as advertised. I would not recommend this accommodation until some changes are made to make it more comfortable and relaxing. I think the owner needs to spend some time on property evaluating what they are advertising vs the reality of the accommodation.

Kevin was absolutely amazing! He accommodated our last minute request, and went above & beyond (including working to get us a car rental since all the cars at the airport were sold out). Despite not being on property, he is always available to answer all of your questions. The property does have a local manager (Bert) who is available and willing to help in any way he can. As for the property, absolutely amazing! We are so glad that we decided on this property. If you are looking for relaxation, fantastic views, privacy and an unforgettable experience, this is the property for you. But it does come at a small cost ... the entire house is not air conditioned. But this forces you to enjoy the outside even more, and I can't stress enough, the view is spectacular! It is about a 30-40 min drive from the touristy areas, which we visited a few days for dinner. But there are a few fantastic restaurants, including Le Shack, about 15 mins away, that are fantastic. Such a wonderful stay!

This place was phenomenal and Kevin was such a great host!! I plan on visiting Barbados again and will always prioritize staying at this spot. The views were amazing but for those unfamiliar with the island, this location is "far" from the busy tourist sites near Oistins and Bridgetown and without a car, the cost for taxis was quite high. You should expect to spend approximately $45 USD for each trip to and from Oistins and approximately $60 USD to and from Bridgetown. With that said, there are also local buses available with a stop just minutes away from the property. Overall the hurdles that we experienced with finding local taxis (no on demand service) was far outweighed by the amazing property and experience. Thanks again Kevin for opening up your home to my family!

Everything was great. The villa was exactly like it was described. Nice pool and spacious rooms. The host is very friendly and communicative, every time we asked something the answer was clear and straightforward. I would definitely recommend.

Not sure what the standard is in Barbados, but some locals (friends of ours) reacted that this was one of the nicest houses they’ve been in. The bed was comfortable and the host was very responsive. The property manager was Johnny on the spot. Was great for our purposes!
