Great view of the marina from the apartment, which was clean and kitchen well equipped. Possibly the best view of the marina from this area. We had parakeets landing on the balcony which we fed by hand. Yolanda gave us a very warm friendly welcome on arrival and responded well to all our queries. She provided us with a meal on arrival and booked our taxi back to the airport when we left which was great. In our opinion the area where this apartment is located is the best part of Puerto del Carmen, handy for shops and restaurants and the walk to Puerto Calera. We have spent many years visiting this area. One thing to be aware of though is just like apartments in the uk and places where multiple households live close together you are going to have neighbour noise. The neighbours plumbing pump meant we were woken each morning around 7.30 am onwards. Yolanda is working with her neighbours to resolve this issue. This won’t bother you if you are early risers or sleep it off during the day.

Iolanda’s apartment is in a great location close to lots of good bars and restaurants. It is spacious and comfortable and the balcony view is amazing. She is a great hostess, welcoming us with food and drinks and was always responsive and helpful to requests. I would recommend it and we hope to return.
