The studio studio was very clean upon arrival. Check in was easy as well. It has everything you need, even though it’s small. It’s very modern as well! Overall a very enjoyable stay :)

This apartment, while small, met my needs well during my month long stay in Zürich. Hosts Anna & Karina quickly responded to a few needs I had, even on weekends. This was particularly impressive considering that the company that manages this apartment (HitRental) actually manages several properties and likely has many requests to attend to daily. The apartment was very clean when I arrived, has a kitchen with most every tool you would need for cooking, excellent wifi, and free laundry facilities. The bed was simple, but comfortable. One of the best things about the apartment is that it is really close to some great public transportation options being within easy walking distance from multiple tram and bus stops, as well as the Zürich Oerlikon train station. It is also really close to several grocery stores and some really good restaurants, bakeries, etc. Finally, there is an amazing open-air market on Saturday mornings (I think Wednesday as well) where you can buy some wonder fruit and veggies not available in stores. Overall this apartment was a great deal for what I paid, and I would have no issues with renting this apartment again. There are a few things to be prepared for when you rent this apartment. The pantry is bare so you will need to purchase everything you need for cooking. This includes things like salt, pepper, napkins/paper towels, etc. The bed in the room is a double bed rather than a queen bed as listed in the description. For a single individual in the apartment this is fine, but for a couple it is pretty small. You get one set of towels per person and one set of bedding so be prepared to wash these things if you are staying longer than a week. Laundry facilities are free (although you need to supply the soap) so you just need to make the time. The apartment has only a single window and no air conditioning so if you rent it during the warm part of the year (as I did) you need to get creative to provide ventilation and cooling (e.g. opening the front door a bit to promote airflow via the cool hallways). We bought an inexpensive fan which really helped (we left the fan so perhaps it will still be there for the next guests). Finally, if you staying for an extended period consider inquiring about what it would cost for having someone to come in and clean the apartment once a week, or about getting access to cleaning supplies as there are none in the apartment. I wanted a broom to sweep the floor and they supplied it to me quickly so just ask.
