It was very easy to check in with great communication! Location was also fantastic close to many local attractions and restaurants and easy to get to! One thing to be aware of and I assume it’s a common issue if you want to be in a great location - we could hear the neighbors extremely well. Walls must be pretty thin, so it certainly was not quiet. Having said that we had a very pleasant stay and loved being so close to so many wonderful Florence locations!

The place was great and perfect for an extended night. We unfortunately were not able to get in as quickly as we thought we would, but they were able to store our luggage so all worked out!

The AirBnB served its purpose as a comfortable apartment close to the train station (Firenze SMN). However, the reality did not match the listing and there were some things we did not like. The area around the train station is very dirty and there was a pile of uncontained trash outside the apartment. The maintenance of the apartment is poor and it looks worn out, not like the pictures. Kitchen is very small, patio is OK, just very close to neighbors and noise and smoking and cooking smells. On positive side the AC and washer work well and the location is convenient. I recommend to stay here only for convenience, otherwise go to a nicer neighborhood and an apartment with better maintenance.
