Appartement très bien situé, dans une rue passante mais très bien isolé phoniquement. Niccolo nous a accueilli et donné plein de bonnes adresses et lieux à visiter. L'appartement est décoré avec goût, spacieux et très propre. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien! Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

I can say love it to this apartment, clean, tidy and cosy. Good location, you can walk to the train station and most of the attraction points, good restaurants are all around. Niccolo is a very nice and responsible host. I got immediate help when the hot water supply with some minor issues. He also come to check again on the other day to make sure the hot water supply is OK. 100% super host!!

Niccolo's Florentine Jungle apartment was excellent. We arrived late due to a plane delay and Niccolo provided us with very clear instructions so we could get into the property with ease. The apartment is huge and we opted to have our beds in 3 seperate bedrooms, beds were huge, extremely comfortable and great quality linen. there is one small single bed bedroom but still big enough for an adult. The apartment is an impressive size for the location, boasting modern and comfortable furniture and no expenses spared on the decor. The apartment is 8 minutes walk away from the train station and fairly easy to navigate to. the is a bus stop right outside the door, however we did not take advantage of this as everything was walkable. The river is 2 minutes walk away and main attractions such as Duomo and the Basilica is a 15 minutes walk. Niccolo was very responsive to messages and an excellent host of one of the best AirBnB's I've ever stayed in.
