The house and staff are incredible. So accommodating. The rooms were spotless clean and cleaned every day. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. We loved the pool, breakfast, juice, etc. Each room had a private on suite bathroom. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

Our overall stay was good, but the place is kind of pricey for what you get. The house is really nice and clean - great for big groups. The location in Miramar is also really good and right across the street from the Colombian Embassy. The place is very close to Old Town Havana - only a 20minute car ride. Henry, our contact at Point2Cuba through Airbnb, was very responsive and helpful with many of the logistics prior to getting to the house and he accommodated an early check-in. There is an on-site staff at the house available 24hrs. This was kind of a surprise and something to take note of if you are looking for more of a private stay. The staff can serve food and drinks but this all has additional costs. Additional accommodations and planning for your trip can be facilitated when checking-in. Two scooters can be rented at $20 CUC/day. Three cars are available for daily rentals at $30 cuc/each. You cannot drive the cars though and will have drivers chauffeur you. More transparency should be provided about charges related to using the cars. There are costs to keep the drivers on-site while out and about and should have been stated upfront. Keeping a driver with you for 5 hrs can add up to about $160 CUC. I am very disappointed with the attitude of the on-site staff about daily bills and the lack of service on the morning of our checkout. We had asked to get breakfast and the staff began preparing the meals until Andres (the main staff boss) told them to stop and not serve us. This was very surprising and disrespectful. Likely happened because we didn't have breakfast/lunch/dinner every day we stayed at the house. Not using these additional services does not warrant this type of behavior to guests who paid a significant amount to stay at the house. It wasn't just this act...the overall attitude from the on-site staff (mainly management) changed drastically after they realized we didn't need to have every meal at the house. Also, trying to charge us for additional people staying at the house when the airbnb post clearly states no additional charges are incurred for additional guests is absurd. We were told this a couple times and while we ended up not being charged, having to argue the issue numerous times was very inconvenient. Irrespective, many of the on-site staff were really great and helpful. Much thanks to Carlo, Cuni, and Landres.
