The house was immaculate and looked exactly like the photos. We had a large group and the house had everything that we needed. the kitchen had all th necessary items to cook a home cooked meal. My children really enjoyed the toy room. We will look to stay here again in the future.

This was our third stay at the house, we gather each year to celebrate the holiday with family. The house is comfortable for our crew of 12, each family gets their own space, with plenty of room to gather altogether as well. The kitchen has all essentials to cook big family meals, and the extra game room in the basement is a huge bonus for the kids. It’s in a beautiful setting, private and serene.

The cabin was absolutely wonderful - the pictures don’t do it enough justice. The space was very open which was great for our families (6 kids in total!!). Outdoor space was great and the kids enjoyed exploring. We cooked a full thanksgiving meal in the kitchen and had everything we needed - Amy went above and beyond and got us a roasting pan! She and Allen were extremely responsive and helpful with all our questions. Overall the hoise and hosts were wonderful and we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

A great getaway weekend to catch-up with friends. This was the perfect option for our large group. A full kitchen, the dining room fit everyone, and a comfortable living room to hang out. We greatly enjoyed the Cooperstown area. I was surprised at the New England feel. We hiked at Glimmerglass State Park, hit a few microbrews, and enjoyed dinner at Hawkeye Bar & Grill at the Otesaga. 😊

Allen and Amy were awesome hosts ! We needed a high chair for my grand daughter and we when asked them for one they found one and dropped it off for us. They were extremely helpful
