I can’t say enough great things about this place. We had 20 people from 3yr to 73yr old with teenagers and middle aged in between. There was something for everyone to do and the bathroom/room situation was perfect! The beautiful open kitchen plan was great for our big group to eat dinner together every night. The in-ground pool, although cold, was a great addition as well. The lake is beautiful and clean and the toys were put to use amongst the different ages. Everyone spoke of how they would love to come back! Veronica was very responsive and helpful with small details as well. Highly recommend for a large group stay!!

Perfect property for 5 families for our week long Cooperstown stay - good common areas and decent rooms for families - location was close to dreams park and town and the lake access was ideal for off time. Veronica was accommodating and responsive.

The place was great for our group of multiple families coming in for a week in Cooperstown. There was plenty for the families to do while not at the park with the pool, lake toys, etc. The setup of the homes was ideal for a group like this as there is common space for everyone but also a private room/bathroom for each family. Thanks for hosting us, Veronica!

Veronica was very responsive and the hand off was painless. The common spaces were very roomy for our 11 adults and 3 youngsters. We were able to work out sleeping arrangements to our satisfaction. It happened to be the free fishing weekend while we were there and that was a hit with three fish caught (and released) . The lake "toys" were also put to good use and the safety gear was in good shape. The tour boat turns around right in front of the lodges (quietly, wouldn't know that if you're not looking for it!), so we got great pictures of the cottages when we rode the boat ourselves. Relaxing on the chairs at the dock was very peaceful, watching the ducks and geese. A doe nibbled the grass between the two lodges one morning while we watched from the porch. An osprey caught a fish in the lake while we ate at the local "Blue Mingo" Grill (food was great!). We all spent time playing on the top of the hill with the cornhole we brought. We loved this house and worked great for our group! Lake access, fire pit, living spaces and privacy was perfect for our group, if you have a team in town - THIS IS THE PERFECT LOCATION. Veronica was great to work with and her response times were greatly appreciated.
