This is a fabulous location for families of teams wanting to stay together for Cooperstown . We had all 5 rooms in the main house and 7/9 rooms outside. Nick was able to get us a tea kettle upon request for one of our parents. The property itself is beautiful- creek, fire pit and mature trees- plenty of parking. The house itself is old, and there are no en-suite bathrooms in the house, but we didn’t have that as a must have when looking for a place. Laundry is downstairs in the main house. The outside suites were a bit buggy and there were many cobwebs around. The outside bathrooms are very tiny, only a stand up shower, toilet and tiny sink. We were there for baseball and to be with other families and this place was perfect for that.
