Electronic keyless entry allows access to a COMFORTABLE, COZY & CLEAN home with a private, enclosed backyard. This well appointed unite was just newly built in February 2023 and is situated in a quiet & safe neighborhood that's just a short 8 to 10 minute drive to Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, and Downtown Disney Washer & dryer fre A overview of things provided at no additional cost: Fast WiFi (500mbps) Washer & Dryer are available in the unit and is free to use. Fresh Towels & other bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, & body wash Keurig & 14 cup brewer Coffee Station Iron and ironing board Blow dryers SmartTV in each room Central Air Conditioner & Heater Pack n play High Chair 2 Comfortable twin sized floor mattresses (available upon request) This is an ADU that was just built February 2023 and is situated within a 10 minute drive of Disneyland & the Anaheim Convention Center. The Outlets at Orange and the Angels stadium are about 15 minutes away. This home has 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. As we take lots of pride in maintaining cleanliness, each mattress comes equipped with a waterproof & bed bug proof mattress cover. The internet is BLAZING FAST with 500mbps download and 20Mbps upload. No dedicated parking provided but street parking is not difficult to find. The house can easily accommodate 4 people. However, the living room has a couch that can fit 1 more and 2 twin sized memory foam floor mattress can be setup for additional sleeping space. Things to note: 1. If you have an animal companion(s) there will be an additional cleaning fee added to the total after you book. Your animal companion must be house trained and well behaved. Please contact me with how many furry friends you will be bringing and what breed they are once you've booked. Under 25 lbs: a one time $35 cleaning fee per animal companion. Over 25 pounds: a one time $50 cleaning fee per animal companion. 2. NO EVENTS OR HOUSE PARTIES. You will be asked to leave.

I absolutely loved staying at John and Candy’s home. The home is in a nice private tucked away location and it is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay while visiting Anaheim/Disneyland. The first thing I noticed upon my arrival was how clean the home smelled. The home is very clean, neat and tidy. I found the host to be so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I will definitely refer this place to family and friends. Thank you John and Candy, for being exceptional host. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you for everything! Nelle
Awesome place to stay. Super close to Disney parks and all other attractions. John is great to work with and he will make sure your stay is super comfortable. Will definitely return.
The place is perfectly kept, very clean and comfortable. The beds are great too! John was very helpful at all times. Just remember the place is not walkable distance from Disneyland but a very manageable 10 min drive.
