The location is great and the apartment is very adorable. However it should definitely not be listed for 5 adults. Everything this is very fragile the entire time you feel like you have to walk on egg shells. The listing says there is laundry but you are not allowed to use it. The hideaway bed needs a new mattress it is very uncomfortable. There aren't many towels so if you are five people you need to share one. I could tell she didn't want to rent the place to us and was very paranoid of us. It would be fine if you are a couple staying a weekend

The apartment was well located, within a few minutes reachable by metro station. It also has street payable parking and a longer term parking garage which is just beside the metro station and needs an application (Indigo) to reserve a spot. There are good grocery stores, restaurants and cafes nearby. The owner is helpful and responsive. We did not see her at all. We collected and dropped off the keys from/at the restaurant nearby. The apartment however was small for us 3 adults and 2 kids (and I am wondering how it is listed as a place for 5 people). The furniture and utilities were quite old, specially the kitchen appliances were not all high quality enough. Dishwasher leaks water. This is doable, of course, but you wonder why these are not already renovated. The only closet to hang your dresses contains already the owner’s cloths too (a bit weird). Overall it was an OK experience for us.

L'appartement de Mario-Jo est super confortable et bien placé. Nous étions 4 avec beaucoup d'espace. Il y a de tout dans le quartier et c est vraiment juste à cote de chez elle :-)

Marie-Joelle is such a sweet lady. She was helpful since day one. The location is excellent. We felt safe in Eve neighborhood. Everything was perfect.
