房子的阳台的确非常棒！如果想要一个这样的空间是非常好的，但是房间里的卫生很一般，地板不清洁，我们是四个人居住，有一张床非常不舒服，睡觉翻身就会响，导致睡眠质量不好。如果你定一天或者两天还可以，时间长的话并没有人来打扫房间，所以后来房间会比较脏你要自己动手清理。

Marzia’s place was in a perfect location with the cutest private terrace. It was a great spot for our 3 day trip to Rome and I would recommend it to anyone going for the first time. We only needed to Uber to Vatican City, everywhere else was walkable. You will get your steps in as the apartment has lots of steps but totally worth it. Thank you Marzia!!!

Stayed here in Rome for 4 days during Easter week. We arrived on Good Friday around 3pm. The location is a 10! The door is yards away from the Trevi fountain. We got in the first door and brought our luggage up the 2 flights of narrow stairs. It was nice they had an elevator but is very small. We got to the floor and followed the directions but there was no key left for us! Very disappointing being we just traveled from New York with 2 young kids and just wanted to get in and relax. I reached out to Marzia and she responded right away. We waited about twenty minutes for someone to show up with the key. The apartment was spread between 3 levels and looks like the pictures shown. The outdoor balcony was a delight. The apartment is very cute however the place is very outdated and needs a total makeover. There were stains on the couch, the master bed is very uncomfortable and the wall in the bedroom is filthy!! The whole place needs a paint job! I wish they would give the place some TLC.

If you want to be right in the beating heart of Rome, while still having a peaceful oasis to yourself, this is the stay for you! The home is right by the Trevi Fountain and within a 5 minute walk of the convenient A-line of the metro. We simple parked our car outside of the city and rode in. Totaly doable even with our 10 and 11 year old kids. The house was clean and the patio was everything. The host was always responsive and helpful as well!
