The house and setting are beautiful. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Loved all the amenities. Would highly recommend. As far as price, house rental is fair based on the incredible setting and hospitality. Taxes are a given, $200 for cleaning is due to a large house that is was indeed very clean, but was surprised at an additional $200 for service charge. Is that Airbnb? Or AvantStay?

Loved: The private feeling beach, amazing green space around the house, quiet neighbors, layout of the house, proximity on the island. Wished: The house had a working dishwasher (didn’t work upon move-in and was later told they have had reoccurring problems with the d/w). For our party of 7 and a week worth of food we brought with us this meant a lot of handwashing throughout our stay. Personally a dishwasher is a must for us when booking and this did not happen here. The hot tub did not stay hot - felt more like a bath and also had to have them come out when the breaker flipped due to the hot tub use. Bedrooms needs blinds. House does not support remote work with very glitchy internet. Unable to stream movie via smart tv again due to internet connection. Path to beach could be tricky for some - bottom set of stairs needs to be raised/lowered after use.

This home was PERFECT! From the thoughtful amenities that were included, to the wonderful spa and hot tub, to the easy check-in/check-out process, throughout our stay we kept saying: this place is amazing; we are definitely staying here again. Not only will we stay here again, we would all recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in a peaceful setting on the island.

This was the second time I've stayed at this home, and it was just as beautiful, peaceful, and cozy as last time. The kitchen is well stocked with needed items to cook some meals there. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. The mattresses are a bit softer than we're used to, but that's a matter of personal preference. The yard and hot tub are really nice features.
