Paul was communicative straight away, any questions I had he answered! He and his mum were lovely and welcoming, taking time out of their day to chat to us! The location was perfect, only 15 minutes or so from Lyme Regis, and we ate at the best Italian place called Belluno in Axminster town in the evening - the food, the service, everything was amazing! Room was exactly as described too - perfect for a one-eve getaway for me and my aunt! Thanks Paul! :)

We stayed from 23-27 December as visiting relatives in Axminster for Christmas. The accommodation was exactly what we needed, a bed for the four nights we were there & continental breakfast each morning, (even had crackers on Christmas morning!) Paul's Mum Janet was a lovely host, very approachable & good to talk to. We were given a key so could come & go when we pleased, fine for us to come back late at night. We would definitely recommend staying here & would use again when in Axminster. Thanks very much & Happy New Year!

I had a lovely night at Paul’s place in Axminster. I’d driven down after work so I arrived late but they were very accommodating of this. The bed was comfy and I slept well- thank you so much.

I stayed at Paul's place for a week while I was in Axminster for work and I really enjoyed it. Paul was very friendly and helpful, always glad to provide any kind of information I would ask for. His mother, Janet was an amazing hostess who made sure that I would have a nice breakfast every day and anything else that I needed, at all times. Paul's dad Ian was lovely, always smiley and friendly and he even gave me a lift to the bus stop on my last day there. I would definitely recommend Paul's place!
