Thr area is great! Easy access to transportaions,resto,groceries and solenad mall. The house is not too far from the gate and the area feels safe. The AC’s were working well as well as the bathroom. The room downstairs is very spacious. I The house was clean. Towels and toiletries provided which were really great.I really appreciate the number keypad at the door,can access anytime. If there’s anything to improve would be a nice dining table and chairs. Otherwise i’m so satisfied.

This will definitely be our new Go To in Sta Rosa. Hosts are very responsive and easy to talk to. Place is immaculate ❤️ Will definitely book with them again

We had to check in late at night. Thankfully, this has a self check-in system. Inside the house is a big space, but the style was a little outdated especially the living room. The TV system is small and the couch is not comfortable. I tried sitting on the couch but a spider crawled on the wall. The bathrooms are okay but I noticed a stain on the toilet in the master's bathroom that didn't quite make me feel at home. I appreciated the amenities available including filtered water available to drink, and some snacks for purchase. The neighborhood is lovely and overall it was an okay stay, but not an outstanding one
