We had a great stay. Sir Michael was very accommodating and considerate. We were happy he allowed us to check in earlier. The place is just a walk away from convenience store and a trike away from EK. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends.

Place was okay. I would’ve given 5 stars if only it was clean. However, it was obvious that the place is not cleaned well. Dead roaches can be found all around, and the bathrooms were very disgusting. I don’t know when it was last cleaned. Maybe they only take out the trash. AC and electric fans also need cleaning. Pros: location is great. Near stores and EK. You have to drive though. And the host was very accommodating. He allowed us to check in early.

We had a bit trouble locating the unit from EK (cause we checked in at around 10pm) but Sir Michael was super helpful and gave us very specific instructions on how to get there. We had an accident (locked the keys inside the room) but the host came to the unit with no haste to assist and help us unlock the door. Appreciate Michael’s hospitality! Hindi nya kami pinabayaan literally

The host is very responsive with our queries and very accomodating. Complete with utensils and they provided us with drinking water. It has a small TV in the living room and the kids enjoyed staying in the reclining chair. Be sure to follow the waze directions as the guards can point you anywhere inside the subdivision and you will end up being lost. 😅 We were able to park our sedan car inside however we can’t close the gate. Plus point for me are the tomatoes in the garden! If you need anything, there’s an alfamart just outside the subdivision. Overall, our short stay here was excellent.
