A very private and cosy place with beautiful surroundings and nearby skiing available at Madarao Kogen. The place was clean and had all the amenities needed. Koji was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Overall a pleasant stay and would consider staying again next time I'm in the Nagano region

Robin Chalet was super cosy and clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Koji was really responsive and helpful , even to the extent of helping us collect our parcel deliveries. Great stay overall!

Koji was an excellent host. He made the check in and out process extremely clear and was as helpful as you could ask for. I will definitely be staying at Koji’s property again. He has a beautiful space as described in a gorgeous location. Thanks very much Koji!

Our stay at Koji san’s place was fabulous. The house was clean and tidy. It has all we need during our stay (like doing laundry, preparing meals etc). We could not have thanked him more. We encountered a night with heavy snow and driving difficulty. We tried to ask for help from Koji san and he showed up right away. He helped to drive one of my friend to the bus station and stayed to clear the snow, making sure the road condition was safe enough. We are so glad to have stayed at Koji san’s place and enjoyed a superb and comfortable skiing trip. Would definitely recommend whoever going to madarao kogen to stay at the Robin lodge!

Mr Koji is a very nice and responsive host. His place is cozy, well-decorated with excellent location, you can easily go to snow resorts nearby, and onsens, shops and restaurants are just 15 minutes drive away. We are grateful for Koji san’s help and swift response. Our car was stuck inside the snow, he came to help us in a minute. It’s really unforgettable to have a nice host like him. Definitely it’s a price worth and more than expected place to stay for winter in Japan. Highly appreciated and recommended.
