Fijn appartement dat super compleet is. Qua meubels, apparatuur, maar bijvoorbeeld ook kruiden en wat thee en koffie. Bij aankomst direct een thuis-gevoel is door vers fruit en wijn. De communicatie met de host was vlot en laagdrempelig. Hij dacht mee en droeg oplossingen aan voor mijn situatie. Gaat veel verder dan je zou verwachten om het naar je zin te maken en te helpen. Kan niet beter!

This is a lovely modern duplex apartment in a quiet location just outside the centre of Preveza. The apartment is well equipped and has the most comfortable bed that I have slept on in Greece! The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, but it was an easy walk into the Old Town (about 20 mins), mostly through eucalyptus woods where we saw frogs and fire-flies :-) Our host Konstantinos could not have been more helpful. We arrived during Greek Easter and he made sure that we had recommendations for places to eat that would be open during the holidays. Also worth noting - we had to make some zoom calls and had no problems with internet speeds. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

La casa è in una posizione ottima vicinissima al mare e a stabilimenti molto carini. Preveza è una cittadina accogliente e piena di movimento. Tutto perfetto!

I spent a lovely 3 nights at Palmeria Sea and City. From the moment I booked Κωνσταντινος was available and extremely helpful with assisting and providing me with any information I needed. The house was perfect. Set in a quiet area less than 2 mins from the beach. The house is surrounded by and in a typical Greek area however all the commodities within the house are modern, with a few natural and traditional touches . Spotless throughout, beautiful and had everything one would need when staying away. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Cannot wait to go back!!
