The 3-room apartment is the perfect accommodation for a family with children or travel groups of 4 max. 5 people. In the middle of Preveza, you can walk to the pedestrian zone, the promenade and the beach in just a few minutes. The region has fantastic beaches that can be reached by car in no time. Location: 600m bars, cafes, restaurants, shopping 700m beach "Kiani Akti" 6 km airport Aktio Day trips e.g. to Lefkada, Parga or Ioannina Write for more information. The apartment is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living/dining area, a spacious kitchen and two balconies. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Both rooms have a built-in wardrobe. The two adjoining rooms have access to the balcony. The living/dining area has a dining table and a couch that can be pulled out if necessary. From the living area you have access to the larger of the two balconies. With seating and sun protection, this balcony is the perfect place to sit comfortably together. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all electrical appliances, pots, dishes, glasses, etc. There is also a small table here. The apartment is on the fourth floor and is accessible via a lift. The parking lot is right in front of the front door. Άψογος οικοδεσπότης και το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο και σαν τοποθεσία εξαιρετικό! Μόνο 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια ή όμορφη παραλία της κυανής ακτής και ούτε 10 λεπτά το κέντρο της όμορφης Πρέβεζας!! Ο κύριος Γιώργος ευγενικός και φιλόξενος μας πρότεινε την ημέρα του check out να μην βιαστούμε να αφήσουμε το διαμέρισμα και να φύγουμε ότι ώρα εμείς επιθυμούμε για να μην στερηθούμε και το μπάνιο στην θάλασσα της τελευταίας ημέρας!!! Ευχαριστούμε για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία που μας προσφέρατε και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε στο όμορφο σπιτικό σας!!

The place was super clean, everything was in order! You can easily notice that the host put a lot of thought into how comfortable will people live in their place. Giorgios are lovely host! I had a trouble with my health and they even helped me to find the local doctor by himself!

I stayed in Georgios apartment on the 4th floor for a week with my mother and two young children (3 and 7 years old). The apartment is comfortable and big enough for families to have a proper rest. Everything that is necessary is available. Design details in blue colors remind you that you are on vacation. Not far from the house there is a good bakery, two supermarkets, fruit/vegetable and fresh fish shops. The restaurants, the promenade and the city center are also within walking distance. For nicer beaches you need a car or a taxi. Georgios was a great host, very friendly and kind. He and his wife gave us so many recommendations on tours, restaurants, taxi numbers, beach bars and anything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in Preveza.
