Overall we had a great week as a group of 6 staying at the villa. The neighbourhood was great and ability to walk to local beaches and into Sosua was fantastic. Appreciated the pool area a lot. A few small things - the front gate seemed unaware for our arrival which led to some confusion and delays, kitchen ware was not always sufficient for our group (only 3 drinking glasses), air conditioning broke in primary bedroom (host promptly gave us access to another room). Note there is a lot of construction in the area, however this did not disrupt our enjoyment of the property and outdoor space for the most part.

The place was exactly as described, space well distributed between bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The place was well equipped with all amenities needed. The house and the pool were very clean. The complex/neighbor is safe and quiet. Also near to restaurant, to the beach, to a hospital, to couple of supermarkets, pharmacy, gas station. The bedrooms are spacious and the king beds are very confortable. Sariah was an spectacular host, always pending and available to respond promptly. The communication with Sariah was easy and smooth, also we faced two situations in which Sariah supported us, solving them satisfactorily and quickly. The first one was that we forgot to bring a baby crib for our toddler, and Sariah found one for us. The second one was with the AC of the main room that start malfunctioning, and Sariah enabled us an additional room.

Quiet neighborhood. Spacious rooms with height ceiling. The community, ocean village inspires real peace, tranquility while located walking distance to crowded Sosua. Gerson runs the place well, I appreciate his prompt answers. He refers me to Luis for transportation, service is wonderful. Nevertheless, they have two huge fans in the huge , beautiful family room that can’t not cool the room in July & August, also they need to upgrade their culinary tools. What sense does it make to have a 1.25 liter blender for a house of 12 people?….I do recommend the place. If I’m coming back to Sosua, I’ll probably rent it again. Pierre Abellard Pierre
