this excetional penthouse apartment is 3600sq feet with expansive terraces that arc around the apartment affording stunning oceanview. there are 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths.the spacious master suite has his and her walk in closets and an amazing view overlooking the ocean. designed for spacious luxury living, there is a formal livingroom, formal dining room, familyroom, rooftop and at the heart of the apartment is the kitchen. the home features high ceilings and large windows. additionally there is one PRIVATE elevator, laundry room, staff if you want for clean or cook (there are not included in the rental price) facilities at Sunnyside include 1 acre of manicured garden with large pool and jacuzzi and access direct on the beach, fitness center, pooltable 2 parkings and 24hour security.

this penthouse is amazing, you have access directly with the lift inside the apartment. you have I think the most beautiful sea view of Sosua from there. the apartment is decorate with taste. I was with my family. it was perfect , the kitchen is fully equipped and it is really clean. we had an access directly on the beach. the must is the rooftop with his hot tub. Frailyn was really kind, he gave us answer for everything, we receive a list of activities, he sent the good restaurants and He was very accommodating for our check out time. I'm going every two months and normally I'm go to a hotel in Sosua but not anymore, that's my place now. Price is really correct when you see the view you get from the master bedroom, the living room, kitchen and terraces. We enjoyed the Sunset and thanks for the service chef, the lobster was sooooo gooddddddd. we want to return as soon as possible.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars. THE VIEW IS AMAZING and pool is great. The host is very nice and responds quickly. However, some things were disappointing. The bedding and towels are not in good condition. The “clean” sheets were stained and there were really stained towels along with extra sheets left wet in the washer when we arrived. We had to buy our own toilet paper and you should definitely bring your own shampoo/soap. That’s not a big deal - but there wasn’t even hand soap in the bathrooms… we had to buy some. That’s never happened to me at an airbnb. The couch was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. The hot tub doesn’t heat up and some showers don’t either. There was also a roach that came out at night from behind the fridge and in the laundry room. The door came off in one of the rooms. The place is stunning and decorated well. I just think it needs more love and better attention to details. I just want others to be aware.

Beautiful place has to be one of the best views on the island! The rooftop jacuzzi was great we really enjoyed the place.
