NOTICE: We are excited to share that the adjacent Main House to the Loft on Bay is currently under construction and will be ready for the 2025 Season. In that, the Loft on Bay remains available for the 2024 season of which the rates have been adjusted to reflect any “noise” inconveniences that may be encountered during your stay. This one-of-a-kind open floor plan carriage home provides luxurious conveniences and gorgeously appointed décor, provides each family member and guest an opportunity to enjoy their precious time together while capturing an abundance of surreal ocean and surrounding views. The gourmet kitchen with southerly ocean views, Quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances will provide an unmatched culinary experience to create those special sun setting dinners. While the main floor consists of a formal bath, kitchen, bedroom, laundry, and grand family room, the adventurous can access the second story loft by the way of a “Ships Ladder” where you will find extended sleeping quarters, relaxing accommodations, balcony views into the primary living areas, and “deeper” views into the Atlantic Ocean. The beauty of the Crystal Coast can be embraced each day with just a short “across the street” walk to the private beach access. With your feet now in the sand, the sun on your back and the ocean breeze on your face, it’s now time to sit and relax on the provided beach chairs, OR open your favorite chilled beverage from the provided cooler, OR adventure into the ocean with the provided Stand Up Paddle board, OR merely take a peaceful stroll along the shoreline. The loft on Bay provides our guests with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and dish soap. In an effort to reduce cleaning and minimize the sand brought into the house during your stay, we would sincerely appreciate it if our guests would remove their shoes and sandals at the bottom of the stairs OR at the main entrance door. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY SMOKING/VAPING, PETS, OR PARTIES/PRIVATE EVENTS AT THE PROPERTY. Please be aware, any extra charges we incur from our cleaning company to get rid of smoke smell will be taken out of your damage deposit. Premier Linens are included with each reservation.
