There are no kids or pets living on property and only 1 person living above and works full time traveling so it’s very quiet. Yes, its basement but there are windows in every room, High ceiling and a full size door for coming and going. Once inside youll enjoy natural light from large windows, plenty of living space with a bar to hang out with family & friends. A private entrance from your private parking spot makes packing in, packing out and exploring a breeze. The location is: Less than a mile from Long branch hospital. One mile from the Long Branch Train station makes trips to or from New York City convenient. Less than two miles from the beaches, restaurants and shopping of the destination pier village. 1 miles from the closest beach. There are 5 steps to get into the apartment. IMPORTANT!!! Loud music is not allowed. There will be a late check out fee if pass 11 AM. Please be aware that we DONT ACCEPT any type of smoke in the apart. A fee of a deep cleaning $500 will be charged If someone insists on breaking the rule. Please don’t book 4 guests and show up with extra guests without telling us. The person who books must be present during the duration of the stay .Only the number of guests is on the reservation are allowed to stay. I really appreciate it. Please don’t forget to check the bathroom rules, there is a note on the bathroom wall. We have sensitive septic tank and only toilet paper can be thrown in the toilet. We checked the water pump after every check out. If we find any wipes or other stuff there we do charge $500 fees. Thank you Also there is a fee of $100 per night for each guest if it’s more than 4 guests. Maximum 2 extra guests allowed. The payment has to be done before check in
