De pod was eigenlijk iets boven ons budget, normaal gesproken betalen we altijd iets minder maar doordat er weinig beschikbaar was hebben we toch geboekt voor 2 nachten. Maar het was het geld zeker waard! De pod is van alle luxe voorzien en voelde ruim aan..zelfs voor mijn man van 2 meter lang. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de goed geoutilleerde keuken en lekker knus gegeten met een muziekje op het ingebouwde soundsystem. Het was regenachtig toen wij er verbleven en de pod voelde heel knus. Er kwamen zelfs nog wat hertjes door het weiland lopen! Wij zouden graag terugkomen en bevelen de pod van harte aan.

Having messaged Paul & Stuart prior to booking, they answered all our questions, and we're able to accommodate our needs with our show dogs. On arrival we had lovely warm welcome and got to meet our hosts who kindly left us a welcome package of home made custard creams, eggs from the farm, jam, milk tea and a bottle of bubbly. The pod is well located if you like to walk with plenty of scenery, and there were trails on the property to an old church and castle mound. The horses and dogs on site are friendly, and it's nice watching them walk in front of your pod. The pod is well kitted out and spotlessly clean. It had an outdoor bbq area and seating area with materials provided. As well as this, it had a very comfy bed and anice bathroom and shower area. Our host was great at letting our show dogs stay and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be back to this venue. It's a pod with the home away from home luxury. Definitely recommend. We absolutely loved our stay at Blackthorn Glamping Pod! Perfect for a relaxing get away in the country side. Paul & Stuart were such friendly and accommodating hosts and the pod was really cosy with everything we needed. The horses were great company and we loved playing with the dogs in the field. We can’t wait to come back again for another lovely holiday in such a beautiful location. Thank you again, Paul & Stuart!

We had a lovely 3 day stay here. The pod had everything we needed and the attention to detail was great. The place was so quiet and peaceful. There is only 1 other pod on the site so very private. Our 2 dogs were made very welcome and were they were able to run around the site off lead. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and there's lots of places to visit in the area. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.
