Overall, the unit we stayed in was really nice. It needs a good paint job and more up to date items offered in the kitchen. No dishwashing liquid was available although dishwasher detergent was there. It was nice being right on the ocean and convenient to pool and beach. It was also in walking distance of restaurants and shops. We loved the new pier and the restaurant there was awesome. Only 2 vehicles per unit are allowed in garage and street parking is not free. The Wi-Fi instructions were not correct and office had closed at 5 so we had to wait until the next morning to get correct information. The staff was responsive though and we appreciate that. We came first week in July because that was the week our daughter had off. The price of the villa was probably twice what you could get at other times. Sort of highway robbery but we chose to stay there. Other weeks would be lots more in line with what the villa should actually rent for. All in all, the unit is great.

Fabulous location! Comfortable space with each bedroom having their own bathroom. Great restaurant/bar across the street, Loggerheads, with live music on the weekends. Balcony was great for watching the sunrise. Also, plenty of furniture on the balcony to accolade our entire family of 8! There were some housekeeping issues, which I called Dunes Properties and addressed with them. They stated they will address these and hopefully before the next gusts check in, the issues are resolved.

We really enjoyed this villa. Incredibly spacious and the views are spectacular! Never needed our car and the beach was just east we needed. Just wish the pool was open snd available for our kids. Host was incredibly responsive.
