The living room features heart pine floors, windows looking out to the beach, a 50” Roku TV, and french doors leading out to the large front porch and deck. The master bedroom and bath are located off this room. the real gem is the master bathroom which has his/her sinks. The tile floor flows into the gigantic shower which you can literally walk around in. It boasts three different shower heads, a seating area and three side-spray shower heads. Of course, the first thing you will notice when you enter the bathroom is the wonderfully decorated and spacious tub.There is one other bedroom and 1 and 1/2 baths on the main level. There is a game room in the center of the house with a poker table for evenings of card games. The family room is open to the kitchen located at the back of the house with gorgeous views of the low country, marsh and river. It has a 50” Roku TV, comfortable seating area, and large dining table. The family room opens onto a deck for grilling, and a screened porch for enjoying the sunsets. The spacious kitchen has recently been remodeled. In addition to a refrigerator, it has a countertop beverage fridge, toaster oven and toaster, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee pot, and plenty of well stocked cupboards. The washer and dryer have their designated space in the kitchen. Upstairs are three more generous bedrooms, one being another master with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and french doors out to it’s own private porch with views of the beach. There is an additional play area on this level as well. The huge front porch and front deck on this home are perfect for entertaining, sun bathing, and watching the surfers at the popular “Washout” spot across the street.
