Instructions were very clear. There was also a welcome binder with great info on things to do. Home was very clean and in a quiet area. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area.

gThe townhouse is exactly as described. Very convenient for my needs. The sliding patio door needs to have door lock repaired - had to use a large round stick to keep door in locked position. The master bedroom carpet has a turned up edge exactly where the traffic pattern is to go into the bed and the bathroom. I don't have any TV apps other than Netflix so I was not able to view much on TV . There is no antennae so local TV and ABC, CBS and NBC PBS weren't available to me. I watched some tv on my Cox cable account on my computer. I tried to check in an hour early but the local host never texted back so I had to wait the hour and then the cleaning lady showed up at my check-in time so I let her do her thing and did my thing getting settled. Other than that, it was a nice townhouse and the area is safe and the "loop" around the community is very nice.

Great place to stay! Clean, quiet, well stocked, nice area. The neighbors were friendly too! I will definitely stay here again.

very spacious. quiet neighbor. excellent amenities. clean. only comments are master bedroom mattress is old, squeaky and threw my back out and there was used dog poop bags on the outside backporch that we ended up picking up to avoid owners thinking it was us that left it.
