Robert was a dream host. Excellent communication prior to booking, during the stay, and afterward. It seemed as if his greatest priority was that we enjoyed our time there. The house was as described. My dogs loved having a super sized, fully enclosed park-like back yard to run, play, and lounge. Beautiful beaches and vineyards a 5 minute drive from the well-appointed house. I would 100% rent this house from Robert again.

Robert’s place was the perfect getaway, nearby to the north fork vineyards, and a cozy house with a hot tub! Perfect for a romantic weekend away. Robert was very responsive and made our check in and out process so easy! He also left a house guide and recommendations for the area as well, which was so helpful. Definitely recommend this place, and a great host!

Robert us a great gist and his home is roomy and comfortable inside and beautiful and expansive outside. Great yard for the kids and dog. Close to all North Fork activities but in a quiet, private community. Perfect Out East getaway!

Our stay at Robert’s was great. The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard was amazing and was perfect for our dog also. Robert was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at Robert's place and it was one of the best weekend getaways we've ever had. The home is very clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the couch is a perfect for family to sit together. I loved that he had some board games in his entertainment center. We rarely used the bar room and I think that was due to the fact that there were only two bar stools in the room but it was a perfect play area for my 2yr old toys. He has a gorgeous, spacious, and serene backyard. The pool was great to have even though the water was a little cold due to the weather. One thing I wish was different was that there wasn't lining for the pool over tile because it causes you to lose your footing when going down the steps or jumping in. Since there was no cover for it we found a couple of frogs in there with us 🤣. The lounge area and patio furniture was comfy and relaxing. The hot tub was a great addition and was very clean plus easy to use. Definitely will be coming back.
