David’s house was gorgeous and perfect for a cozy NYE getaway for our big family! The whole property is stunning, from the immaculate kitchen to the spacious bedrooms and closets. The home is centrally located and even in the winter we found things to do (brewery, winery, farms for the kids, quick drive to Hamptons or Greenport). We will be back!

My friends and family had an amazing stay at David’s place. It was so peaceful and calm in the area but still close enough to grocery stores and other shops. David made it easy for us to check-in and check-out.

We had a lovely family vacation at David’s house. With just 4 of us, we had plenty of space and enjoyed spreading out. I do wish there had been curtains, but used the walk in closets for my kids to sleep so they didn’t wake up with the sun. Was great having a warm pool and huge backyard. The pool didn’t feel warm enough on day 1 and David immediately asked the pool company to come and check on it. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and the kids didn’t want to leave!

We loved the pool and outdoor area. Make sure to double check what’s available for use in kitchen and bathroom listed in the amenities. Easy check in process.
