My wife and our 6 children witnessed the 2024 solar eclipse here. It was an amazing place for the occasion. Melanie was very responsive and respectful in dealing with our stay. Outstanding value!
Very comfortable and spacious house!
This place was perfect for our group of 10 university friends on homecoming weekend. Melanie was very responsive and the house was exactly as pictured. From formal dinners to hot tub dips, home theatre watching and backyard axe throwing we wanted for nothing and love the Halloween decorations. Our entire party was very impressed with this house as weekend reunion Central

Melanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University as well as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). She started her real estate career 13 years ago while on a Military posting, and purchased her first home at the age of 22. Melanie has been an area resident since birth, and is ecstatic to have the opportunity to raise her two beautiful girls with her husband in this incredible community.
