We loved the keyless entries! Both houses were well stocked with everything we needed and more. In fact, in over 12 years of renting places for our family vacations, Jim provided way more than anything we've ever experienced before. The one time we had a problem, Jim responded promptly and solved it. It was so easy to be there for 8 nights and the beds were really comfortable! Check-out was a breeze. Thank you, Jim!!!

Outstanding place for a multi family trip. We had a great time and the two houses worked perfectly for the 10 of us. If you’re ever in Tucson with a large group, Jim’s place is a great choice!

Beautiful homes. We stayed in two homes next to each other which was very convenient. Nicely renovated. Kitchen is equipped with very nice pots and pans which was useful for us as it was Thanksgiving week and we wanted to cook. Very handy to have a garage and an extra refrigerator in it. Nice, walkable neighborhood. Close to grocery, restaurants, Sabino Canyon, and Mt Lemmon (30 miles to top and 30 degrees cooler).

Three families converged for a family wedding and this was the perfect place! So thankful to find two quality properties side by side! Ample space, quality amenities and responsive host! Easy access to grocery, CVS/Walgreens and Starbucks. Easy route from airport. We loved everything about out stay and we will be back!

hi, our extended family rented both homes which are right next-door to each other. Both are remodeled, beautifully and extremely well appointed. We had a few minor hiccups, and Jim made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. We would come and rent from him again, thank you for opening up your homes to us.
