Kim and Steve is the best host we have ever met before. They are very welcome and they support everything for us. From the small details like sending us the information about safe and instructions for skiing on Falls Creek, to the biggest sharing their lives in Mount Beaty. We enjoy those moments when we set down together and chat like old friends, yet even like enjoying a family meal. The house is as remarkable as the pictures that Kim share on Airbnb. We were surprised by the interior and exterior. The big transparent glass window standouts the views of the landscapes. The interior has an old vintage style, yet a lot of canvas paintings and hand make soft furniture are all created by the artist- Kim! She is so awesome and gorgeous! Those made our journey so much meaningful. We will come back to this incredible place again! Thank you Kim and Steve!

It's a home away from home. Kim and her husband are great hosts. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. We loved the stay, it was neat, great location, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Kim has given great facilities at her place and went extra miles to make us feel comfortable. It's a beautiful family friendly home. Great for groups. Definitely booking this place again. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable.

Kim and Steve's place had everything we needed for our long weekend away. We love to cook breakfast when staying at places, and we had more than we needed available. They kindly shared fresh eggs from their chooks, which we appreciated so much, and there was great quality coffee available. Their home has various little corners for you to spend your days. We particularly loved to have breakfast at a table on the veranda under the morning sun. Very private, calm and quiet. We spent most of our days hiking, and enjoyed coming back to a cosy home. The shower is amazing. We were always a bit too tired from hiking to use the outdoor bath, but it looked like an amazing little spot to unwind. Kim and Steve were super accommodating and were too kind to let us charge our Electrical car overnight. We drove every day to the mountains, Mount Buffalo, Mt Hotham, Mt Beauty and didn't have to worry about low battery at all. Highly recommend staying with Kim and Steve and would love to come back.

We loved our stay with Kim and Steve. What did we appreciate? The lovely large ground floor we were privileged to occupy. The beautiful, open, bright, comfortable, large, warm lounge room. The super comfortable lounge sofas, the clever way our hosts use trays instead of a coffee table, the wonderful fire, and the endless supply of wood, the spacious, well equipped kitchen, the smart, renovated bathroom, especially the choice of two shower heads, the magnificent gardens with endless trees, the chooks and the calves, our many conversations with our hosts, the way Steve made it easy for our son to wax our skis, the quietness -- away from the main road and the villages, undercover parking. Kim and Steve are a great resource for less well known, or completely unknown sources of gourmet food in the area. they recommended a superb sourdough bakery we were completely unaware of -- even after having visited the area summer and winter for over twenty years. They also recommended a fantastic Indian online kitchen we did not know existed. The are a great source of 'secret' local knowledge. With all of us earning our living from computers, good, reliable, fast wi-fi was a real bonus. We loved our stay there (two weeks) and could not recommend it more highly.
