Beautiful home! I recommend having a welcome basket with coffee/sugar/cream, water, light snacks. I also recommend having bathroom essentials in a basket ( tooth brushes, mini toothpaste, lotion, soap)— the reason for this is that the location of this place isn’t near any convenience stores in which a guest would feel comfortable going to.

Apartment is just as described and how it looks in the pictures. Recently renovated on the inside, very nice kitchen, bedrooms and bath rooms. Very spacious. Great communication with the management team, very proactive. Easy to get there by car, but it’s a longer walk to the beach.

Luxury apartment with ocean views and mountain. This place is better of what you think , great kitchen and common areas , bathrooms, terraces everywhere and the pool is fantastic everything is huge . the workers and the host are super attentive for anything you need . Try to arrive during the day because the hood is dark . Best Stay in Playas del Coco Guarantee!!!

We stayed at Casa Tranquila for one month while our children attended an education program based in Coco. The unit worked well for us. It is HUGE. Good size living room/kitchen area with balcony. Three large bedrooms, each with their own full bath (which was a bit of a surprise to me). The kitchen has basic but adequate amenities. Each room has a balcony with lovely views to the SE over the hills. We had a sliver of a view of the ocean, but not much. The grounds are well maintained. The swimming pool area was also a surprise to us as the pool is HUGE and has a very nice sun deck area, plus bathrooms. The access driveway is very steep and the general access to the complex is via a dirt road, but it decent condition. The buildings are starting to show their age for sure. The exterior is not in the greatest condition and the bathrooms (particularly the showers) are not in peak condition, but nothing that made our experience unplesant. Overall, a great place to stay in coco.
