The house boasted "Awesome views!" and it certainly lived up to that promise. Perched right on a hill the home's wall of windows in the open-concept living area provided panoramic vistas of the sparkling blue ocean. As soon as we arrived, we were drawn to the windows to soak in the breathtaking scenery. The hot and salty seaside air only added a peaceful ambiance. We were steps away from sinking our toes into the infinite pool. The location could not have been better. During our stay, we woke up to golden sunrises, spent lazy days beachcombing and swimming, and watched fiery sunsets. It was an ideal retreat. From the gorgeous views to the tranquil setting and easy access this Airbnb exceeded our expectations getaway. We visited Rincon de la Vieja, Tenorio national parks. Every room with the same awesome view, all of them with AC. Fully equiped Kitchen, towels, TVs, Laundry room What else can I say?We would enthusiastically recommend this house to anyone looking for amazing experience.

Al & Tammy's house is wonderful! Tons of room for our family of six to spread out. The pool was lovely and the kitchen super spacious for meals. We used the work out facility and the club at Ocotal and it made everything even better! Highly recommend! Al and Tammy are the best hosts-giving us recommendations and answering questions. Stay here if you can!

I highly recommend this place. My family had a great time here. The house is very clean, the private neighborhood is quiet and what I enjoyed most was the incredible view. We also had access to the Coco Bay Clubhouse and Ocotal Beach Club, very convenient. The hosts are super friendly and well organized!

Location was amazing! The house is up a small hill on a cul-de-sac with pretty almost no one around. Felt Private, safe and the view was way better then expected! Right as you walk in the door you can see the ocean and green mountains. Pretty much EVERY bedroom has a view, so no one felt left out. To top it all off Tammy and Al gave me some great food recommendations. I would definitely stay again.
