The unique layout of this home makes the upper level, with two bedrooms, an affordable option for groups of 4 people. Larger groups can utilize the 3 bedrooms on the lower level to add sleeping space for an additional 6 guests. The location is perfect for those that want peace and tranquility with quick access to amenities. Entering the main level of the home, you are presented with beautiful views of the hillsides of Playa Ocotal through a wall of windows and doors that carries from the living area, through the dining space, and into the kitchen. The living area has 2 comfortable sofas and the dining table seats 8 – all under a beautiful vaulted ceiling that expands this already massive space. There is a half bathroom off of the living area and access to the single-car garage and laundry room. The kitchen offers a massive amount of space with breakfast bar seating for 4, a double oven, dishwasher, gas range, and full-size fridge. There is also a gas grill outside on the terrace. The primary bedroom sits across the hall and has a large walk-in closet, king bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower stall and large jacuzzi tub.
