Home is nestled in a nice area overlooking Lake Erie onto Buffalo. It is a little southwest of Fort Erie but it is a short drive to stores and restaurants. It is a bit of an older home but is in excellent condition, and is quite large. Bedrooms were large and dressers and closets, commodities I often see lacking in an AirBnB. The kitchen is large and has to be the most fully stocked one we have stayed in. I once had to buy a toaster at an AIrBnB as one was not provided. Not only did this location have a toaster, it had a blender (for my juicies) along with what looked like a waffle maker. The kitchen was well stocked on all items which was nice to see. The front yard has a fire pit with 8 chairs around it. There is a large area in the back of the property if hosting guests. The area by the car port also has a heated seating area. All areas of the home where clean we checked in and a few, nice welcome gifts, which were much appreciated, awaited us. I highly recommend this location.

We stayed here for our family vacation. The house is in a great location, just 5 minutes from town/the beach, and has awesome views of the lake. There are plenty of bedrooms all with comfortable beds and all are on the second level. The sunroom is such a great place to enjoy the view without the bugs! There is a fire pit in the back for s’mores. The beach pass got lots of use as the beach is beautiful (nice sand and very shallow for the kids). Michael the host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We had everything we needed - the kitchen and property were well-stocked with essentials.
