The home was perfect for our family wedding at the Buffalo Canoe Club as it was night at the end of the street. I wish it wasn't a requirement to book for a minimum of 3 days as we only needed it for 2. There was accidental damage caused by us and Jose was quick to respond and very fair in handling the repairs.

Jose's place is a quiet, serene getaway that's 30mins from Niagara & 20 mins from Fort Erie. It's got a cottage feel so expect some cottage things to be within the vicinity. Must have a car! I'd rent here again. Especially for the dogs because the backyard is big.

We (3 adults and 3 kids) had a great time at Jose’s place. We were grateful to have a place for the total eclipse. The layout is very comfortable and conducive to interacting or finding a quiet space. The kitchen was great for a group cooking session, though the cupboards and fridge/freezer could use some pruning and organizing. Bathrooms were clean, but we had to search for the towels (there were plenty once we found them!) and there was no bar soap; there was liquid soap but no dispensers. All in all a very good experience that needs just a little fine-tuning.

Place very much ok, looked just like the photos. Kids really enjoyed using the air hockey table. Not much to do in the area during winter
