You'll have your own parking spot next to the house (off-street). Your accommodation is separate from my own living area, so you'll have your own private space. I look forward to seeing you. It includes cutlery, iron/ironing board, tea & coffee etc. A continental breakfast is available for you in your accomodation to have at your convenience. Also, available is a TV and Chromecast. You are welcome to watch Netflix or use other streaming apps to watch on the TV. (Instructions on this will be in your room). I have spent some time refurbishing and doing up this part of my house. It's clean, tidy and a great space for to relax. Because of this great space I would like it looked after, I prefer that one didn't smoke or vape inside, thanks :)
