We are situated close to the Mission Winery, Church Road Winery, cycle paths, Park Island sports ground, and the airport. There are two major supermarkets and shopping centres that are a short drive away. The one bedroom modern guest suite has its own entrance and is attached to the owner’s home but is separated from the primary residence by the internal garage. Every aspect of this guest suite has been remodelled to breathe new life to ensure you have a quiet relaxing stay. It is fully insulated and features double-glazed windows to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay.
