A beautiful Home loved the layout. It was perfect for our family of 8 with 2 grandkids included! So nice to be greeted with a welcome basket of s’mores treats & a bottle of wine! Loved the pool & hot tub! This home included a lot of things that we didn’t have to worry about bringing- beach, chairs, toys, nice beach towels, pool towels, kitchen items, toiletries, laundry detergent. It was really nice not having to rush out to buy toilet paper & paper towels. We had plenty there! Outside the home-beautiful landscaping, you definitely have privacy. There was a grill and extra propane tank. Also loved having the extra fridge in the carport. I love that this house was kid friendly with games & activities. Lots of shopping & dining in the area also & of course beautiful beaches very close by, we really enjoyed our stay, the owners replied quickly to messages. Also love that their Christianity showed through their home with books & pictures! Will definitely stay again!

My family had a great time staying at James's place. They are wonderful host. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. Lots of space for large families. Great location in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend this place!

This beautiful and amazing house was perfect for our family of 7 adults to stay during our daughter's UNCW graduation weekend. We had plenty of space and everything we needed! The wonderful hosts were very communicative and went above and beyond with their hospitality and kindness. I cannot thank them enough!! The kitchen and bathrooms were very well-stocked and we enjoyed the grand piano, hot tub, pool, firepit, screened-in porch, and yard games. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and linens. The home was extremely clean, comfortable with lots of seating areas, and very well-decorated (gorgeous art throughout and many luxury upgrades) in a lovely quiet neighborhood, yet still close to grocery stores, campus, restaurants, etc.. This is one of the best airbnb's we have ever stayed at and it was perfect for us to spend time together and celebrate a special event. Such a gem - I highly recommend! Thank you, Margie and Jamie!!

The owners went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! This location was near to everything we needed to do while in town for a wedding. Our family had a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood.
