One of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed at! Well appointed/decorated and super clean. Host was also extremely kind and accommodating to our situation. Location is generally great, although there is a busy bar a block down the street that caused loudish road noise Sat night (motorcycles). Overall would definitely recommend, thanks for the stay.

The house was perfect. Just what we wanted to be near a friend that lives a few blocks away and walking distance Magazine street and viewing spots for the Irish Channel St Pat parade. We will definitely stay again next time we bring a group down to Nola.

Benjamins house was beautiful, clean and accurately reflected by the photos in the listing. We had such a nice stay and will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

This was a great place to stay in New Orleans! The listing was just as described and super walkable to magazine street and all it has to offer. The host was also flexible with our checkout time - which was really helpful as we had late flights. 10/10 would book again!

Spent a ladies’ reunion weekend at the house and had a wonderful time. The house is comfortable, clean and exactly matches the photos/description. We were concerned about walkability at first, but quickly found out it’s safe and close to a lot of great restaurants. I hope to stay there again!
