This renovated historic, New Orleans home consists of a main house, guest cottage and beautiful new pool. The grand design of the home incorporates original features with modern amenities creating the perfect balance. The backyard is nestled between the main house and guest cottage. It features the pool, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers. The expansive chef's kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining and gathering your group. The large French doors let in the Southern warmth and sunshine all day. All the bedrooms feature large windows and beautiful plush beds for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. - There are two additional rooms in the home that contain beds. For clarity, one room contains two twin beds and the other contains a daybed. It is labeled as "Living Room" above. - Expansive and grand open-concept living area opens up directly onto the pool - Additional living area upstairs -Brand new chef's kitchen with essential cookware - Private back deck and professionally maintained pool - Fully furnished, standalone guest cottage offers extra space for large groups - In-unit laundry (free) - Wi-Fi (free) - Smart TV with apps - All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.

Fabulous house and a very responsive team. There was plenty of space for our group. Would happily return next time we are in NOLA!
We had an overall good stay. It was only a few blocks from shopping and dining on Magazine Street and had plenty of room. The house looked like what we expected, but we had a few issues. When we reported these issues, the property manager quickly responded through the messaging app, but only one of our issues was ever actually addressed while we were there. The handle to the shower in the guest house did not work (it fell off) and they sent a plumber two days later to fix it. Most issues were minor (couldn’t find the switch to the ceiling fan in the main living room, sluggish AC on the main level), but the loose board on the pool deck (which we accidentally stepped through after reporting it) and the loose pocket door in the guest house were concerning because someone could have been hurt. We were a little disappointed with the mediocre response from the management team.
Really big house and in a good location. Would recommend staying here with a large group. We noticed a few things which would be easy fixes: -no TVs in the main house at all, just seemed odd -bathroom shower in guesthouse did not work at all

I wish I could attach a video so you could hear my guests all collectively saying “oh my God, this is insane”. This is bar none the nicest airbnb i’ve ever stayed at. A lot of times the photos will be doctored or limited in what they show but this listing was somehow even better than the photos. It was huge. 17 of us stayed here and not once were we ever overcrowded. The rooms were massive, well kept, and comfortable. The pool was clean and so much fun. The house also included helpful signs so we knew the rules as well as helpful info for the space. The area was incredible. Parades drove right by us. A quick walk to magazine street which became our favorite area and a short uber to the french quarter. I highly recommend this space for large parties because the price for what you get is an incredible deal. Ive stayed in hotels half as nice for double the price. I will for sure use Heirloom again on my next trip. Cannot say enough good things.

We are a 12-15 minute walk from the St Charles at Jackson streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 10 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter.
