This place was perfect for 5 guys ages 32-36 that were visiting this great city during Thanksgiving to catch the Bills vs Saints game. I wanted to give context of our demographic. Jim communicated with me from the start to ensure everything was ready and so he could meet us at check in. After a quick tour of the place he even offered to drive us to the store to grab groceries and drinks for the week. Very genuine, nice guy! There is a main part of the house that offers 4 beds and a pull out couch. The rooms are separated by curtains but we didn't care. I just wanted to point that out. All of the beds were nice and comfortable. There are also 2 full bathrooms in this main area, a small kitchen, and a small living room. T here is then another area with Hot Tub and another full bathroom (more of a brand new outhouse in size but still nice). This leads to the back house which is 1 giant room with a pool table, darts, refrigerator and table. There is a futon back there, where our 5th guest stayed. This room is basically brand new and where we spent most of our time. Behind this room is a large covered patio and another area to hangout beyond that. We actually hosted 11 people in the back for Thanksgiving! All in all it depends on what you are looking for. We enjoyed the spaciousness and location. We were 1.5 miles from Bourbon Street and less than a mile to the Frenchmen. Ride share was easy and Jim made everything easy as well. I will add that this is near a train and the horn was a bit annoying, however, if we ever make our way back to NOLA we will be staying here again!

Jim was so incredibly kind and the place was perfect. With a separate sleeping quarters (4 bedrooms) and sick living space (pool table, couches, hot tub), it’s definitely made for people to have a good time. The spot is also walking distance to some great restaurants and cafes. We really enjoyed our time there.

Great location in the Bywater. Just a hop skip jump from Country Club and Markey’s Bar. Walk along Crescent Park to get to the FQ/ downtown wasn’t too bad, or just a short Uber away.

Jim was so accommodating. I stayed here with my groomsman the few days leading up to my wedding. And it was the best experience ever. Clean. Enough space. Jim was attentive. It was awesome!
