This was a great place. There was an unexpected issue with the air conditioning, understandable given the season & temperature, but it was very quickly & professionally rectified by the host, beyond our expectations. It's a beautiful property, very comfortable & convenient & we wouldn't hesitate to return here at all. I can't overstate how pleasant everyone was to deal with, from start to finish -- they truly bent over backwards & worked hard to accommodate us & make sure we were happy. The location & the management company really can't be beat. I recommend the place wholeheartedly.

I would really like to say nice things about this rental because it was in an amazing location and had amazing space for our family of 11. But… we had to wait for 45 mins after arrival to get into our unit. We couldn’t get any answers from the management company on which door it was (there were 3 with the same address on it) we tried several times at there was someone already in it. and when they finally called back, the codes they had sent us didn’t work. They kept saying they sent us the right codes, which was simply not true. They were completely different from the ones we got in with. The unit was very nice but there was a bottle of wine in the fridge we thought they left for us, but it was open. There were broken curtains, some really nasty stuff in the couch pillows and a contact lenses on the bedside table which tells me they didn’t wipe it down very well. Not a great experience with several ocd members of our family. They were icked out.
