Reasonable priced for the space provided. Both Samantha and Tim were courteous, during my stay. I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 8 month. Overall it was a good experience. It’s peaceful and there is plenty of space. It is out towards the country side, so there is a commute to activities. On occasional I would lock myself out and Samatha and Tim were very responding and helpful. My only complaint. During my last week there the A/C didn’t work and nobody really communicated when it would be fixed. This caused me to have to spend some time away from the property as nights in the house could get to 79-80 degrees.. The host did inform me, that the electric bill had Rosen since my unemployment, which I believe was a contributor to the A.C not workings.. but neglected to mention all the time they had spent at the house over the summer. Overall a good experience with the exception of the end. I would recommend & stay again.

Lovely place to stay for the long term, huge yard which my dogs loved! Samantha and her husband are great hosts, flexible & have great communication.
