Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. We wanted a home base where we could watch the eclipse and the outside deck was absolute perfect for this. Loved the house layout and decor - beautiful and comfortable! That being said there were several minor maintenance items that need addressing, like burnt out light bulbs, not enough wash cloths, cleaning oversights, and a wonky shower. The AC upstairs was not working and the hosts sent someone out promptly to fix it. There were minor issues with the coffeemaker and we were offered $50 but no credit has shown up as of today. We were going to gather around the gas fire pit on our last night, only to discover that there was no propane left. I’m sure that had we contacted someone about it, it would have been addressed but we didn’t want to bother our hosts again. I’m fairly certain that these issues will be addressed prior to the next guests.

The house was great! We would definitely go back if ever in Granbury again. Will be looking for other homes Jacey has to stay at in the future.

Fantastic home in a little cove off the main waterway. Thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Great patio. Will be back.

The house was absolutely beautiful and in such a peaceful, scenic area. We loved the lake views, fishing in the lake, the hot tub, fire pit, and patio. The house was decorated beautifully and was cozy and family friendly. The kitchen was great for family cooking, and the layout was great for multiple small families staying in one house. We drove to Glen Rose attractions- Dinosaur World, Dinosaur valley state park, and Fossil Rim. It was a beautiful drive to Glen Rose. I would definitely recommend this house!

We had our annual Girl’s trip here. Everyone had a great time. The bedrooms were perfect! We had plenty of room for all 9 of us. The view from the living room and back deck is really beautiful! We hope to return next year!
