Villa Tucan is situated at the top of Cerro Fresco, Playa Hermosa. This breathtaking house is ideal for group activities and offers astonishing views of Playa Hermosa and Jaco. This Villa has its own fully equipped kitchen, dining, and comfortable lounge. It has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and a terrace to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. From the living areas, kitchen, deck, and infinity pool you will have an impressive view of the Pacific Ocean as well of the jungle. Perched atop the hill of Cerro Fresco with an ocean view of Playa Hermosa, this villa has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 Bathrooms, and TV with cable. The living area has a sliding glass door that opens to a view of the pacific ocean. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The living room, kitchen and all bedrooms are equipped with AC units. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Around the infinity pool you will find tables with a stunning ocean view of Playa Hermosa and the surrounding mountains and forest. A 4x4 car is recommended, there is a 12 min drive on a gravel road before getting to the house, however, in a sedan you would still be able to get to the house just a bit slower.

Our group had an amazing stay! The home was BEAUTIFUL, spacious, and clean! You can’t beat the amazing view and the pool. We saw monkeys, toucans, and iguanas from our balcony. The host was very responsive and helpful in assisting with booking excursions and transportation. I would recommend hiring a driver with a 4x4 vehicle for your entire stay, if possible. You have to go up/down a steep, unpaved road to get to the house. We had several drivers cancel on us because of that. Once we hired a driver with a SUV we were just fine. No issues with pick ups and drop offs! We did not want to leave because the place was so phenomenal! Thanks for a great stay!
La casa tiene mucho potencial, vistas preciosas y los cuartos son grandes. Solo le falta un poco de mantenimiento y poner un generador de electricidad porque se va mucho la luz (se nos fue dos días, la primera duró 30 minutos en llegar y la siguiente duramos dos horas sin nada). Tomar en cuenta que la playa se encuentra como a 3 kilómetros de la casa, la cual se encuentra en un camino no pavimentado (llevar 4X4 preferiblemente).

Villa Tucan is a beautiful home ubicated in Cerro Fresco Mountain, closed to Jaco Town. surrounded by nature and an amazing view, you will find all the patience and relax that you're looking for. We recommend a 4x4 Vehicule to get without any problem at the house.
There are two parking areas in the house, one used an automatic gate and the other one a manual gate, in case to lost power at the house there's a key to open the automatic gate in the sets of keys our Co-worker will give you.
