Maud’s home was like a dream come true! Immaculate, fully-equipped kitchen & and sprawling open living room/dining room/kitchen area, 3 queen-size bedrooms each with a private bathroom and opening up to the pool. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to a very quiet beach, and there’s 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas for your use. There isn’t a TV, and a car is necessary. Maud was in touch prior with directions, and greeted us at arrival to show us around the house. The area is very quiet in a gated community with a guard. There’s a few choices of restaurants on the beach just a short drive away, and Jaco is no more than a 15 minute drive. I would love to return to Maud’s paradise!!

Maud is very responsive and accommodating. She had great recommendations for the area and beyond. It was a one minute walk to the beach. The pool and backyard space was amazing along with the rest of the house.

This place is exactly like it is described and looked in the picture. We saw parrots and iguanas in the backyard. Pool is very relaxing and the beach is literally a short 30 second walk. It was nice to go sit on the beach watching the sun rise and set. Maud is so sweet and nice, communicates and responds extremely well. Her dogs are so sweet too. Victor the guard at the front is also very helpful with calling taxis and helping us get a private chef last minute. We gave him all our left over food, drinks, alcohol when we departed so it wouldn’t go to waste. Everything and everyone was PuraVida!

This was a great home for a group (6 adults and 2 kids)! It was amazing to each have our own room/bathroom. The common spaces were comfy and the pool was amazing! However, the pool doesn’t have steps into the deeper part so just something to be aware of for kids and elderly. The walk to the beach is super short and it’s such a beautiful space BUT it’s not a beach you could really get into due to its rough currents and crazy waves - it’s more used by surfers so if you want a home with beach access to enjoy the water it won’t be for you. Overall the home was great and comfy. Definitely brings more towels bc there’s not enough and they don’t dry quick due to the climate. Would definitely stay here again!
